Hello!

I was able to use a 5 year old post from orange tractor talks to locate the pesky hydraulic leak in my l200. My father in law and I have owned the tractor for a few years and use to mow, run a post hole digger, and disc a food plot. The 3pt hydraulic system has leaked/drifted down ever since we had the tractor and here recently I discovered the hydraulic fluid level was dropping while the gearbox fluid level was raising so I took the front cylinder cover off and extracted the hydraulic piston to find the hydraulic fluid was leaking past the o ring into the gearbox and ultimately leaking out the transmission bell housing weep hole.

I found a parts diagram at Coleman equipment and ordered what I thought were the correct o rings but I think these are for the l210 and not my l200. I've attached a photo of my hydraulic piston and the o ring on my l200.

Does anyone know where I can find this o ring?

Thank you!!!!
Joe Boone

What is wrong exactly with the O-ring and the backup ring that they sent you?

What was the Part # on the packages?
Put both parts side by side and take a picture.

The reason it seems stock to me is it fits so nicely on the piston. Even if this was someone's "upgrade" the o ring and back up o ring don't seem to be the right size for the l200 unless I'm missing something. I can't seem to get 2 photos to upload so I'm going to post the rings on the piston in 2 separate posts.

P/N 04811-50600 is the O-ring for the sleeve.
The Piston O-ring is P/N 04811-00550 or new P/N K7561-54370.

I don't know why it's not the right size?
Both the L200 and L210 have the same parts.
You might have to source an O-ring or better yet an X-ring locally.

Another option is it looks like the piston assembly is available, it has had 4 revisions done with it, this could be the reason the O-ring doesn't fit right.

I really appreciate your help with this. I've been trying to find a u ring like what's come off this piston online with little luck. Might be worth buying the piston assembly from Coleman $45 is probably worth it at this point to be confident I have the right seal when I put everything back together! The piston does have quite a few score marks in it anyway.

Having the Same Issue with my L200 -- Hydraulic 3pt Fluid migrating to Transmission.
Have not opened mine up yet.
I just replaced the Rockshaft O Rings a couple weeks ago.

Did you ever find a Resolution ?

I'm a Tractor Novice - More of a 55 to 72 Chevy Mechanic. Its been a learning experience.

Was the disassembly and Re Assembly fairly straight forward ? I would like to do an Exploratory opening to confirm what parts to order then re assemble, as I need to use it for several more short jobs ( 300 LB lift with my 3 point fork set ) in the next couple weeks.

I found a page from a service Manual that gives NO Service Details - only says
5-2 Disassembly and Assembly
"The Structure is very simple so it is omitted here"
Is it really ?

Did Parts
04811-50600 RING
04811-00550 O RING
32200-37380 RING BACK UP
end up being correct for you to stop your fluid migration ?

Thanks in advance -- I was so relieved to see something about this issue.
