I have a B20 kabota, I can see the filler cap easily enough but how do I know what the full level should be.

If it doesn't have a dipstick, I'd (personally) set it half full in the housing

The Operator's Manual doesn't refer to a fill level, but it does identify quantities:
Front axle differential case - 2.1 liter/2.2 quarts
Front axle gear case (right & left) - .5 liter/.5 quart

The WSM isn't any more specific. It recites the same quantities and simply says: "After draining, fill with new oil."

And make sure you check the pivot bolt torque...my BX25 was leaking and it was about four turns from being 15 ft/lbs.

My BX25 has a dipstick on the cap.
