Does a B2920 with a FEL have a 3 pt hitch relief valve in rockshaft housing?

It does not appear so, looks like it's all done in the loader control.
The three point just has a simple valve.
Problem?

No not really.That question was asked on another forum and I couldn't locate RV in parts schematics.

Yea the only relief valve I could find is in the loader valve and by design ( mounted to the side of the three point ) and routing of the lines ( relief valve dumps to tank ), it looks like it's doing all the regulation in the system.
