I am the second owner, I have the original bill of sale. 554 hrs, will go up a little bit perhaps. Tractor is in decent shape for its age. Starts up well, everything works as it should except I haven't trouble shot the lights (big rectangle light works), may just be bulbs and the HST petal is a little wonky. Small oil leak at engine, would say it leaks the size of a softball in about 3 weeks. The blade I don't think has ever seen use, just sat around. It needs new or rebuilt valve, connection block, new hoses, and extender pieces for the frame to the rear axel ( I was going to just stretch the frame with some steel) Used it to pull an aerator and rear snow blade. Selling because I have two and only really need one, hate to part with it but I don't have the space or proper utilization. I have more pics. Located in Falls Church, Virginia, 22046.
