anyone know if bx expanded has shut down. I placed an order may 5th knowing that there website says there relocating . I got a reply right away with an order number (automated?) but emails and phone calls over the last week have gone unanswered .

I ordered my Piranha tooth bar on the 4/27...it arrived on 5/15. The message on their site said expect up to a 2 week delay because they were moving.

I made an order as well. I ordered a cradle for my backhoe on may 5th. I called last week to see where it was at. I was in fear that I used my old address as the shipping address. (Which I did) The phone person said not to worry because it won't ship until until the following day. I was relieved. Super nice lady said I'd get it maybe Thursday, but likely Friday. It's Tuesday and I logged into my account. It's still in process. Not sure what is going on there. I will follow up tomorrow. They do have my money however.

I want them to figure the hooks for the new BX23s quick connect bucket.

Got a call today from them. It appears they had a personal issues along with a move. They took ownership of the problem. I too look forward to what they will come up with on the new loader.
