2018 B2650. Lifted myself off the seat last night, this bolt fell onto the floor between my legs. Lifted the seat up to find the nut underneath. I can't find anything similar underneath or below the seat. No obvious empty holes that look recently occupied. Look familiar to anyone?

check to see if you have all 4 mounting bolts for the seat slide bracket.

pic below showing location of the left front bolt (tip of center punch). There are 4 on the bracket (one on each corner)

Ah. Found another piece. That explains it... It's the bumper that cushions the seat against the frame. Weird. Now to see if it'll go back together...

Isn’t it still under warranty? If so let the dealer deal with it. If not could you stick a larger washer up in the rubber piece to get it to grab what’s left? Not sure how long it would last though.

Check to see if this is it. Part number 32160-18440, called cushion. Listed under "seat" in the parts list.

Yeah looks like that's going to have to be how I go about this. I don't remember the warranty details, I'm literally a couple days past 1 year from them rolling it off the truck here. If nothing else maybe they can at least give me a part number. I expect it to be cheaper and faster to source it myself anyway. D2Cat, I don't think that's it unless it's been replaced/upgraded? I couldn't find anything similar to it on Messicks either and not know wth it's called complicates the search, lol. Thank you for the help, though. I guess if something had to break or fall off the damned thing, I'm glad it was this... Whatever it's called. I'll check with the dealer tomorrow and see how helpful they're willing to be.

Don’t know how Kubota warranty works, but just a quick search showed 24 month basic warranty. I would equate that to bumper to bumper warranty on a car but I could be wrong. If you had a good dealer and a good relationship with them it shouldn’t be an issue for them to take care of it. FWIW in my experience in car dealer world we would warranty it if possible or eat it to please the customer, can’t see that being an expensive fix.

Heh, thank you Wolf. I was prepared for something outrageous, like $12-15... I wonder what one of these things are worth pieced out at list price. I'll bet one could turn a profit just buying them new and selling the parts.

glad you found it though.

It looks to have been molded around the bolt. The depression now remaining where it was is too shallow, it doesn't have more than a millimeter or so of overlap. I tried using a couple sets of vise grips to press it back in but didn't have any luck. But, for $25... It's worth another try.

Use vulcanizing cement, or superglue gel (wear gloves).

Put the glue in the depression and on the bolt head, press and turn the bolt into the depression.

Alright, emailed service department and they came back with the same part D2Cat did. Replied with the one Wolf gave me and asked for confirmation. Forwarded it to my sales rep and he said it would be covered under warranty. Hope that's the last thing I'll need it for... Thanks again guys!
