I have a ZB1600. one of the front wheels broke off by and I am needing the
kingpin. I ordered one off of EBay for a B8200. I had seen
that a B1600 is almost the same as a B8200 from the forums. The
kingpin that I got from EBay has a little larger diameter kingpin and
I am now not sure what I need to search for to ensure that I get the
correct part. The manual for the B1600 has the kingpin part number as
66681-5621-1. I cannot get a hit for this part number when searching
the internet or EBay. I am hoping someone can shed some light on
this for me please. I cannot handle seeing my tractor up on a block
in the middle of my driveway.

The engine is closer to a B8200, but I think the drivetrain is a B7100, it's the same years of production too.

From what I know On grey market parts , you drop the ONe and replace with a Zero.

If the kingpin is dimensionally correct in length and mounting points, take it to a machine shop and have it turned to size. Not a big deal, simple turning operation.

There is more to it than just being able to "turn it down". ;)

There is more to replacing king pins that pushing a new pin into the bore. You will need new bushings, and the bushings are usually oversized, and you make them fit by reaming them with a king pin reamer, so the pin fits in with just enough space for the grease to take up the difference. I would see if there is someone that does large truck repairs that can give you some help. These haven't seen the light of day in decades. Last time I used them was probably around 1995, and just last week someone asked me about them. They are working on a 1950's Ford truck, and it needs new king pins.

Really, I would have never guessed (in as much as I own and operate a job shop).

If existing bushings are ok, then a turn job is in order or a ream out or a bushing bore or many other ways as well.

Still it's basic machine work, nothing fancy.

I don't see where you fixed shitte. All I see is you rubbed your libido a bit.. You can play with yourself all you want to, after all it's yours to fondle.

Just so happens I have multiple sets of reamers, both chamber reamers, to size reamers, chucking reamers and adjustable reamers. All get used in the shop regularly but then you don't know squat about what we do and I'm not going to elaborate either.
