Kubota work light

Looking at getting a work light for a L3130 and found the Kubota light kit but it shows to have only a 35 watt bulb. Does anyone have the OEM light and what do you think about it? Is it bright enough?

Stock alternator output on at least the smaller tractors is not huge. I have no experience with this particular 35 watt lamp but given a good lens/reflector, it probably throws a decent beam. You're going to run into alternator limitations if you go for high power light (s).

They are more expensive but the newest LED lamps are very bright and don't draw much current.

I was given a price of $82 for the kit so I thoght that was not bad. I have been looking at the LED lights and they are not cheep but do draw a lot less power.

I have 2 different sets of 55w lights on my L3000. 1 set on my roof and the other mounted under the head lights. The ones under the head lights are great for finishing up the yard when you run out of daylight. The roof mounted set are great for out in the field and just general use. It has never been a problem running either set and the head lights at the same time. I got mine at autozone for $20 a set.

I have the stock work light. Nothing special, I bought it mostly to get the bracket and then mounted another halogen light. I do like that it has a switch on it to turn on or off when desired.

I have the stock one on my MX5100 - may not have added it but it was on there when we were dealing so it was all good. Having used it - works fine, never really thought too much about it so I must say it was plenty for everything I needed.

If you are interested in LED lights I can provide you best piece in very less prices
