    Pull/push start a diesel?

    I have three threads started on getting my L2000 started - which I have yet to accomplish. A local suggested I pull/push start it. Will that work on a diesel?

    L2000 won't start

    It started last year and was shedded running but now it won't start. Bled the injectors, have fresh battery but nothing. It has fuel but I have noticed a small wisp of smoke coming from what I am guessing is the starter. Should add that it turns over happily Unfamiliar with what diesel ignition...
