in the event I need to purchase a starter for my L3800, where is a good place? The Kubota dealer wanted $600 which I think is just a little steep.... Any suggestions?

Kubota L3800: for about a year, tractor would occasionally have difficulty starting. When key is turned, a clicking sound (and no start) would occur from either starter or solenoid. After a few tries, tractor would eventually start. Today, tractor started with no issues. Shut tractor off...

Looking to make a 3PTH ballast box for my L3800. I am thinking of using cement in some sort of form, with the 3pth encased in it. Whats the cheapest way to accomplish this? Anyone have any ideas? Thoughts, pictures? I am thinking of purchasing some sort of 3pth, building a form of some sort...
