    Yes,it “dead headed”. Previous owner installed a aux hydraulic line to the rear with a valve to divert pressure. I bumped the knob with my forearm diverting fluid from the loader to the rear ( with no bypass). I heard a pop and that was that. Since I use the tractor primarily to load trucks...

    Just cooked the aux pump for my 1720 loader. Since it is not available anymore Does anybody have solutions other than running on trans or pto. BTW the housing split the whole length of the pump so I assume a rebuild is not an option.

    After realizing I may need a head gasket soon, I reviewed the shop Manual which states separating the whole front end of the tractor to remove The head. Is this nessesary and does anyone have experience with this task?

    Slow loader on L4150
