not latched but in the full 'raised' {top} position

the lift arms will only stay up in full raised position, any other height it will drift down. As soon as the engine is shut off arms will drop to ground. How do I fix this? Just bought this tractor, drained and replaced tranny fluid and cleaned both strainers , replaced O rings, don't see any...

recently purchased b7200 . idiot lights and gas gauge don't work. Downloaded owners manual to locate fuses, manual says on gas tank wall, left side. Nope, no fuses in sight anywhere. So, where are the fuses and any suggestions on how to get these things to work? thanks
