    No Start Issue

Okay Guys... thanks for all the inputs. It ended up being water in the fuel (bad load of fuel apparently). I drained the fuel filter, and the tank and then bled the four injectors and away it went... ran it for about 30minutes with my chipper and it seems fine. Thanks again! BoB in Mass

    No Start Issue

Hi Guys... a few moments after starting my B7800, it ran fine and was moving slowly up a slight incline when it suddenly seemed to "load up" chugging and engine rpms dropping... some white smoke and it coughed to a stop. Now it won't start. I'm not a diesel mechanic, but I suspect this must be...

Woods BH80X too large for B7800?

Thanks Henro... I did that and the BH80 is very similar so I guess this hoe is okay for staying on the tractor.

Really enjoying this machine as I get accustomed to the hydro and how it works. Still de-bugging her, but we're getting there slowly. I am thinking I'll keep the BH80 that came with it and just rebuild it with new pins. I have a lathe and milling machine so I should be able to custom machine...

Woods BH80X too large for B7800?

Visually this hoe appears to be a bit TOO large for this B7800. I am wondering if this is mechanically true and should I look to downsize to a BH7500 or smaller? Thanks for your thoughts and opinions... BoB

    Forward/Reverse Pedals not self-centering.

Hi Guys... I have a B7800 with 1200 hours on it... she runs great and seems to operate very well, but I did notice that the forward/reward pedals do NOT return to a neutral position, or "self-center". She'll creep in either direction which I find annoying and possibly dangerous. Should this...

Hi Guys... B2782 on B7800... chute crank issues... help, snow tomorrow!!

Hi guys... just bought this tractor and separately a snowblower attachment. I finally got it all mounted correctly, and only ONE issue... I have a heated Curtis cab and I can't "see" how to mount the chute crank. There isn't room by the loader control (used now for the blower). and there's a...

    Operator presence issues?

Hi "Crusher"... my seat has TWO switches... one for when it's raised, and another for when I am sitting on it... which one did you jump by?

    Operator presence issues?

Hi BobInSD... so, when you lifted a bit, she seemed to "shut off" like with the key switch? If so, what allows you to leave the tractor... setting the parking brake, or placing the drive lever unit in a neutral position? I had been in and out of that cab 25 times or more prior to this...

    Looking at buying a B7800

Thank you, Hokie... all of your points are well taken and expressed. I've used it a few times since running it between 1500 and 2000 depending upon what I was doing and it works just fine... a change, yes, but something I can adjust to.

    Operator presence issues?

I recently purchased a B7800. Once I got it home in the driveway, I began going over all the linkages and lubricating, etc. Afterwards, I found I couldn't start the machine... I could hear a clicking of a solenoid underneath, but no starter engagement. So, I began checking the seat switches...

Kubota Installation manuals for b2782 and b2761

Hi Guys... newbie here on this site. I've purchased a 2007 B7800 with a loader, BH80-X backhoe, Curtis Cab, and also a B2782 snowblower with the B2761 sub-frame unit. I'm trying to find downloads for the blower and subframe. I have found parts lists, but no installation or operator's manuals...

    Looking at buying a B7800

Hi 85Hokie... Yes, I understand about lugging an engine, but with my Deere, 1500rpm almost never lugged down... it just did the work with a smooth even engine speed. Running at twice that rpm seems wasteful for fuel, and excessive on engine wear over time... that's a LOT of engine wear over a...

    Looking at buying a B7800

Hi... new to this forum. Hoping to purchase a B7800 this weekend... good model? Dependable? What to look out for? It's going to be my first hydro (had a Deere 650 8spd) and I'm a bit nervous about their performance. Any thoughts on that? I'm told it's necessary to run the tractor at "at...
