This is what I have. The tab that the arrow is pointing to interferes with the tie rod. What is the purpose of the tab? Is it even supposed to be on the axle at all?

I need help with a B2601. Can someone post or send a photo of the tie rod and surrounding area? Both of my tie rod boots are destroyed. I have 15 hours on the tractor. Thanks
