    ZG327 RPM Fluctuation

    I have a ZG327 and when the throttle is fully open (or 90%) the engine speed continuously varies, as if the governor allows it to rev up and then cuts it back in a continuous cycle. The engine bogs down somewhat easily. Can anyone suggest what is going on? Thank you!

    I just spoke with a local dealer. Between $500-$600 to come out (lots of travel time and mileage), reset the computer and force a regen. Is there a scanner and software I can buy so I can do this myself (this time and what will probably be next time)? Thanks!
