Problem fixed. When the PTO was in the off position it was not actually engaging the switch to the off position. All i had to do was move the lever back a bit more in the off position and it fired right up. Thanks to everyone for the help.

I will take a look at that tomorrow, if that doesn't work i will shoot down to the dealer and see what they say. Like is said before its only got about 6 hours on it so far. Regardless i will let you all know what is the results and what the issue was.

Its a hydrostatic, and i think the buzzing is coming from the battery area when i am trying to start it. I cant move it right now as it is hooked up to a quick hitch but it looks like it hit a mound of dirt. I have driven over that area several times with a zero turn. It was a sudden stop.

Tried this and still nothing, i am still new to the tractor business. What other safeties could be engaged?

yes the motor stopped completely, once i tried to start it a few times I took PTO drive shaft from the mower off the tractor. I checked all the basics (PTO in the off position, tractor not in neutral and wiggled the HTS peddle back an forth).

I disconnected the PTO shaft from the the mower to the tractor to make sure that wasn't the issue.

I was cutting grass in what in what i thought was a safe area of the yard, i hit something that caused the tractor to cut off. It will not turn on now currently, i have tried the peddle trick, i made sure it was not in neutral, disengaged the Pto. It makes a odd humming sound when i try to start...
