To remove the idle shaft on the mid-pto do you have to open the transmission case, or can it be done by removing the mid-pto case?

Changed hyd. oil, new filter, still not enough lift on 3 point with mower attached or fel. By passed FEL still no luck on 3 pt lift. On a Zennoh ZL1802FD what should hyd,. pressure be on the 3point lift? Is there a check valve or relief vale that may be stuck open? Hope someone can help, next...

Check for loose connections, if all else fails carry a battery in and swap. Good luck.

my 1802fd is four wheel drive, 4 range and 4 speed with reverse. Maybe it's badged wrong.

It's different I will give you that. Found seal here in Houston, should be here tomorrow, if wrong size will get back to you. Gears came off easily,don't see a problem, but thinks for the info.

Went ahead and split the axel housing, only way to do the job. Need to replace the seal on the axel hub. Just in case anyone else has this problem.

Do you need to split the axel at the 23 bolt connection, or can you pull the hub off with a large puller?.

fluid level up to engine shaft ,looks good, have leak on rear hub, so oil is added and checked for each use. will drain and then fix hub, change oil and see what happens. where would the sight glass be located?

Did you get your hydralic problem fixed? I'm having same problem, new filter didn't help. Hoping the pump not going out.

Have the same tractor, same problem, replaced with a 38430-37710, still no lift to fel. Suggestions?
