Dggott, Does it just click when you hit the key. I have a BX2200 mine did this even with a brand new battery and come to find out it was the safety switch on the PTO engage lever. Hope you figure it out

I have a bx2200 my uncle bought new in 2001 it now has 1158 hours on it and is still in great shape. I love the compact size and it has more power than the FEL can handle. I run a 3pt snow blower in winter and mmm and 3 pt pto grass catcher.

Scottz I have same tractor and was having same overheating problem. I gave it a bath clean the screen in front of the radiator and the screen around the battery under the steering wheel, then spray off radiator its self with hose. That fixed mine.
