    Had a Boo-Boo

Have not found Besko on it, but I believe it is. I did find a parts manual online and in the parts list its noted the valve is supplied by Besko. I have located Ansung in Dallas and have emailed them them seeking parts availability. Depending on price of part and what Labor is entailed in...

    Had a Boo-Boo

I’m actually thinking silver solder... maybe brass. If I can find the plunger on its own I’ll just swap it out.

No not IH. Loader was from dealer at original new purchase but is the loader sourced from Ansung that Kubota also uses.

    Had a Boo-Boo

Had a lil boo-boo today... Was trying to put a bunch of hay out for the cows before leaving for 10 days in the Caribbean. I was using the forks on the loader flipping the hay rings up before moving bales and I had one get away from me. The hay ring managed to get over the backstop of the forks...

    Mark your tractor and implements...

While I have seen the weld your name in the frame work, its not the best answer. A friend recovered a stolen dune buggy because he was able to prove his case because he had me weld his name onto the underside of the frame while we were building it. It only helps if you can find where it is and...

Buying a dump trailer- how to protect the bed from manure?

You might consider having a poly liner like the big end dumps use put in your trailer. It's so slick not only will nothing stick to it but it will also make the trailer dump better.

    Landsscape rake

I bought a 7' landscape rake at an auction years ago and figured I was wasting $200. Turned out to be the best and most used implement in the lineup. I've used it for everything, spreading small rock, gathering big rock, smoothing dirt, gathering cut limbs and brush, managing controlled burn of...

    buying transport trailer

Actually, if they're going to pop you, they can do it on either actual weight, manufacturers rated weight or registered weight. Whichever is over any limit can get you just the same.

    Suggestion on Tractor Security

Insure it... forget about it... It seems like when you're prepared it'll all be for nothing in the end. Besides tractor insurance is downright cheap. I have 6 pieces of equipment on my farm policy and they average out about $55/yr each.

Like to purchase a 72 or 84 inch finish mower.

I'm using a John Deere 272 3 point finish mower behind my L3400 and it's just right. A pass going and coming back is just the right width for a driving path. Wasn't sure the L3400 would have the horsepower to turn it in heavy grass, but it does it just fine.

Average hours per year on your tractor

Not all... My 70's vintage IH 574D states on tach "hours at PTO rated rpm" which is 1,850 rpm.

Average hours per year on your tractor

My 2010 L3400 had only 57 garage kept hours when I bought it 10 months ago. I think I had run it all the way up to 63 hours by January. Then one of the cows nudged the key to "on" while taking a break from chewing off all the dust caps for the loader disconnects and that put another 12 hours...

    RTV500 Battery

Never mind, I finally found it. I searched the Kubota website for the Kubota part number, Googled that part number and tracked it to Group 26R.

    RTV500 Battery

Drats! The factory Battery in my RTV500 suddenly went dead after only 10 years of ownership.... I can't see any numbers on it and I'm not having any luck coming up with what group number battery it uses from everyone's online charts to run to town for a replacement. Anyone know what battery...
