I made another interchangeable step. This one has more ground clearance when out in the field or pasture, about 15 inches. The first step works good for the wife on the lawn.

There are several different brands of receiver hitch steps available that would be good candidates to be adapted for a similar step.

Built a removable step for my B2920. One pin under the platform. One tube inside another like a receiver hitch. Easy on and off around the yard, remove it for rough terrain.

10 years and a little over 500 hours of use and I finally had to buy a new part (other than filters). My B2920 broke the steering box end of the drag link. Dealer had one in stock and it was an easy install and back to work. Pretty dependable in my opinion. :)

I hooked and pulled up a 300 lb rock with no damage. The main beam is 4" x 6" x 1/4" tube. The 3 rear shanks have 3/8" shear bolts. I might drop back to 5/16" bolts. Roots at what will stop it quickly.

They are working 6 to 12" deep, depending on the type of soil.

I just finished having a 5 foot riper/cultivator built for my B2920. I used salvaged steel and new box blade rippers. It does the job, even in hard packed clay. Now to get it sandblasted and painted orange.
