A Kubota front end loader is coming up for auction Saturday, here in Juneau. It's a model 1200, old and rusty. I have an M4800SU. Is there any chance this older FEL could work on my tractor? The FEL seems to be complete except for the mounting brackets.

I just got a new-to-me M4800SU. The dealer I bought it from isn't a Kubota dealer, and he couldn't find serial numbers. I'd like to know what serial number, and what year it is, so I can get parts more easily. Where should I look for nameplate, serial numbers and so on?
