    BX2670 motor mount hitting frame

Corporate kubota finally got back with my dealer and issued a bulletin. Supposiably, there fix is too cut upto a 1/4" off each bracket for clearance on bx tractors with this issue. Kinda seems like a cheap fix, but then again the older bx's didn't even have that metal tab sticking off the motor...

    Horrible Hissing sound from loader

Thanks. Well, oddly enough it's not making the loud hissing today!! Everything sounded and functioned normal. I guess I'll keep working it and see if it happens again.

    Horrible Hissing sound from loader

Yeah the arms seem to move in sync and the noise sounds more like restricted fluid movement. I don't think it was in float, I'll have to check that. Thanks

    Horrible Hissing sound from loader

I was out using the loader today on my bx 2670, and whenever I would lower the loader it would make a hissing sound near the right lift cylinder. There is no leak anywhere and believe its done it since new. It only happens when lowering. Almost sounds like there is an obstruction of flow...

New BX2670 runs rough mowing the ditch

Agree with kurtee above, I also have a bx2670 and the motor mount hits frame when running along hillside. Our issue doesn't affect power but just makes a knock sound and sensation felt throughout the tractor. You can take your grille and shroud off, go to the spot where the problem always...

    Bx2670 engine oil capacity???

Just did my first engine oil and filter change. The owners manual says 3.7 qts but I've got 4 qts in it now and still barely at the halfway point on dipstick. After replacing oil and filter, I started it and let it run for a couple mins and checked again and again after letting it rest with same...

    Best tires for snow?

As far as pushing or blading snow on hard pack such as concrete or asphalt, my vote is turfs. The analogy I use is ags are like football cleats on a gymnasium floor, they just don't work as well as basketball shoes. Turfs have more contact area and more siping than ags that grip the pack snow or...

    3 point tiller for bx

Bought the 50" landpride for my bx2670 and it works great and is a reverse tine which is better in my opinion. But they are a little more expensive I think but worth it so far

    BX2670 motor mount hitting frame

That's what I did also. Seems the cover to annoying problem just hope the rubber isn't a permanent fix. It's almost like the rubber motor mounts aren't rigid enough. Wonder why they don't mount the motor solid to the frame like they do to the larger tractors? A B2320 motor is fixed! Hopefully my...

    BX2670 motor mount hitting frame

Yeah I took it to dealer last week but they couldn't find anything obvious. They're waiting to hear back from the Kubota Techs before they just start throwing parts at it and with it being holiday weekend, things are a little slow. I'm posting this to see if anyone else has seen this issue with...

    BX2670 motor mount hitting frame

Yeah I tried epoxying a piece of heavy rubber in there but couldn't get it to stay longer than 2-3 hours of mowing. But it did seem to mask the problem. I feel like if no one else is experiencing this, there must be a problem with mine.

    BX2670 motor mount hitting frame

Bought a new BX2670 a couple months ago and love it. Got a fel, mmm and a 50" rev tine tiller but is primarily used for mowing 3 acres of mostly flat ground. But since new I have had a knocking/vibration sensation that could be felt throughout the tractor. Very noticeable. The times I feel it...
