I'll tackle it after Christmas, no pressing tractor jobs on the horizon! I appreciate the words of encouragement and I'll update the thread as I go.

2700....edit to add the clutch felt great. I'm fairly certain something broke in the clutch assembly.

    My turn to cry

So I took a side job of Bush hogging about 5 acres. I had done a nice job in a few hours when the clutch in my Kubota L2650 made a noise (like I sheared a bolt) except the clutch stayed engaged and it was obviously burning. Dagummit something inside broke. So tomorrow I get to load a disabled...

    Hydraulic Fluid change...question

I located a large slotted screw that had a snap ring under the head. The screw was in the hydraulic pump where the loader hoses originate. I turned this screw to the opposite extreme and the 3PH started working. I shut the tractor down and then put the screw back where it was. I believe when...

    Hydraulic Fluid change...question

L2650, just replaced the dry dual stage clutch. So far so good (the tractor moves again). I drained all the hydraulic fluid and replaced same during the clutch replacement. I don't understand something though... why do I have two Oil Fill locations and only one sight glass? I have an oil fill...

    15 degrees F no hydraulics

I wish they were. I got power steering, all my front end loader function, lift is correct. Just don't have any power at the wheels. Almost like the clutch is not disengaging. But low range first gear seems to work...

    Oil leak...what went here?

L2650 left side of engine. I was doing a quick chore with the front end loader and saw oil on the front left tire. Shut down, removed left hood and saw a big empty spot below the alternator where oil was coming out. I have not had this tractor long so please take it easy on me for not being...

New to me L2650...... Need workshop manual

If anyone has a workshop manual for an L2650 I'd be extremely grateful. I will post up some pics of the new tractor with LA450A loader. I am super excited to learn about this tractor. It is huge compared to my L185, and the loader is the cat's meow. Thanks in advance

    3pt cylinder housing removal

I got it off, I used a sharp chisel with a long taper and tapped it into the seam on one corner. The corner lifted immediately and I was able to get a pry bar in to it at that point. I cleaned up the piston and cylinder. The cylinder has a rough spot on it. I am hoping that the lift will work.

    3pt cylinder housing removal

I was thinking it should come off now. I just dont want to damage anything by pulling harder.
