Tooth Bar Review (BXPanded - Piranha)

It's been awhile since I have posted, but I wanted to add my praise of the Piranha. I put it on my B7610 in 2013 and have used it to clear slash piles, move logs, 75 yards of gravel, level ground, and the list goes on. I added Green Machines "The Thumb" at the same time which made the tooth...

    Land Pride Brush Cutter

$600.00 48" Brush cutter, new in 2012. Model RCR1248. Just replaced cutters last weekend. Manual and original purchase receipt. My property is just to soggy and grass is too fine for this mower. PM and I will respond. Sedro Wooley, WA off of Prairie Road.

    Piranha Toothbar

I put mine on a week ago and have used it for rocks, dirt and black berries. It is doing everything I wanted and more. It makes my "Thumb", which is outstanding, even better. I have had the "Thumb" for about a year and wish I had added the toothbar at the same time. The pictures show only two...

    ROPS and ramps

Sorry, I did not see your post and thanks. I haven't had time to worry about this too much, but everybody else in my life has... the wife "I told you" the kids "You quit riding bulls years ago, didn't you learn anything?"... etc... About the trailer, I haven't given it much thought. Shoot me...

    ROPS and ramps

Well I always wear the seat belt, had taken it off to load some tools, and in this case I am glad I did. The angle that the tractor came off the trailer my head would had been the one of first things to hit. Got a hard head just not that hard. No steel ramps are not on order. New trailer...

    ROPS and ramps

Yesterday I was working on my property. We are getting ready to build our retirement house. I had a couple of loggers there to take down some trees where the house is going. I did some clearing of under growth and other stuff with the tractor. I was done for the day and went to put the...

    Rattle

Finally stopped raining long enough for me to put on the new hubs. Fixed the problem, no more play and no more noise. There was a lot of wear on the old hubs and a little wear on the axel. The new hubs are definitely beefier than the OEM's. Again thanks for all the help, especially Bulldog...

    Rattle

It appears that all of the slop is in the hubs. If this is supposed to be rock solid, it isn't. I attached a drawing to show what is happening. The center line of the tire at the top is moving about an inch. (negative camber) Looks like I will be replacing the hubs. Any ideas on what might...

    Rattle

This place is great! I put a stethoscope on it yesterday and heard nothing out of the ordinary. The hubs are the clamp to the axle type. With the wheel on, there is about 1 inch of play (slop) when I push the top of the tire, of course I did not check the hub when I had the wheel off. Both...

    Rattle

Thanks for all of the advice. The tires are not filled, so I pulled the offending wheel and rolled it around. No obvious cracks and definitely nothing inside. I torqued the hub nut to 100 ft-lbs (per the manual) on both sides. They were not loose but definitely needed tightening. I didn't...

    Rattle

I bought it used last October, but one of the reasons I jumped on this was that the two previous owners kept meticulous records. I was provided with all of the original manuals, dealer invoices, and service/repair records. I have no doubt this was a well cared for machine.

    Rattle

That would be nice but no this is definitely a problem sound, I am thinking bearings or worse.

    Rattle

Good afternoon Unfortunately my 1st post is a mechanical concern. I have a 2004 B7610 with 633 hrs. Yesterday I was walking next to the tractor while my son was driving. I heard a rattle coming from the right rear axle/tire. To me it sounded like a golf ball inside the tire. My son...
