TG1860, engaging MMM kills engine. Simple fix.

I figured I’d share this so if anybody runs into this problem in the future, it’s in the archives. I was happily mowing along and the engine bogged down like the mower deck got into an ant hill or something. I quickly disengaged the blade PTO (electric clutch) and moved to a freshly mowed patch...

Anybody have a ROPS mounted canopy on a compact tractor?

I’m just curious about head room when mounting and dismounting the tractor. Before I get out the cardboard and duct tape, I figured I’d just ask if anybody has had issues hitting their head on the canopy.

    Mid PTO delete?

My mid PTO is in constant mesh with the rear PTO. It has developed an oil leak and I was looking up the seal on Messicks and was wondering, why not just get rid of it and bolt a blank cover plate in its place? My concern is, does gear 040 help support the gear for the rear PTO? Is there some...

3 pt grader blade vs box blade

I currently have a 5 foot box blade and am getting ok at running it. I found a 6 foot grader blade close and cheap. I am thinking being able to pull material towards the center of the driveway may be nice. Any advice or input would be appreciated.

    Many customizations finally complete!

Replaced bad headlight/hazard light switch with custom rockers. Added auxiliary light switches (power is switched with key switch so no accidentally killing the battery). New tail/hazard lights. Added trailer light connector. Front and rear ROPS lights. Fabricated SMV sign bracket and water jug...

Remote shuttle valve questions, AKA power beyond my knowledge

I’m looking into adding two rear remotes to my B1750, cheaply. I can make my own hydraulic lines and mounting brackets, and was planning on digging through the tractor scrap yard for the shuttle valves. My hydraulic knowledge is all industrial, I don’t fully understand the power beyond...

Winch and lights on my TG1860

Figured I’d share my winch and light addition to the TG1860. Light switches are on the left (fender mounted lights aimed down at the mower deck are the next project) and the silver switch on the right is a momentary on-off-on as a hardwired backup to the wireless remote.

    B1750 won’t start, mystery modules???

The tractor has been running fine with no issues. Unloaded it from the trailer and parked it, now no power to the ignition switch. Battery has 12.1 volts, positive cable at the starter solenoid has 12.1 volts to ground. I did find two “modules” under the dash, one has four wires and has an arrow...
