    My fall tools...

Very Nice! I like the idea of attaching a roller. I use a box blade to maintain my trails cause I have this nasty habit of building jumps and berms on them.

    Snow blade or blower

I went with a blower. Here's why: Price - I already had the Kubota, so it came down to either a plow or blower for the tractor. A yard truck and plow combo would have been too expensive. Plus pronovost gave me a sick deal. Flexibility - The blower lets me keep my FEL bucket on the tractor...

    What Size snow blower?

After looking at your tractor's specs, I came away with 23hp at the PTO and 1655lbs. lift at the 3PT hitch arms. Those are your main constraints when sizing a snowblower. Units in the 60's would probably fit your tractor pretty well based on this. You could probably even run a unit in the 70...

    3 point hitch help

The Operator's Manual for my B1750 calls out the amount of lateral play that each type of implement should have in the same table where it calls out the size/weights of implements my tractor can handle. Check there.

Welcome to the forum! Do you have any pictures of the rear blade that you can post? We're VERY into showing off projects here!

    Scoop bucket

Sucks man, I've had people burn me on craigslist many times like that. I'm pretty sure they sell the model I linked above at Tractor Supply. Good luck!

    Loader bucket differences B3200

You said you live on hilly property? Sounds similar to my lot. Keep in mind that material outside the loader arms can decrease stability when traversing a hill. If you're going with the wider bucket, use counter weights on the rear, widen your track, load your tires, and keep that bucket looooow.

Just a silly question about ballast boxes

I use my box blade as ballast. Seems to get the job done.

    Scoop bucket

I think Farm Force is made by Tarter Gate. Do you mean this? An IH 234 has 18 engine/15.2PTO HP. Your BX 2360 is rated at 23 engine. If the IH has no problem driving around with the loaded weight, I don't think you will. Both tractors have a CAT. 1 3PT hitch, so you're good to go there...

    Using front-end loader for lifting

Hey, do you have matching reinforcement plates on the inside of the bucket with tapped holes for the bolts to go into, or did you do through holes in the bucket and nuts on the inside?

stability.. my money for stability on hills

Most commercial antifreeze has corrosion inhibitor additives. These additives are depleted over time. The corrosion protection is linked to the pH of the coolant. If you know the acidity of fresh coolant, you can test for bad coolant with a simple kit.

Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool

Re: Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool Ah, didn't see that in the picture. Is there enough room to do a K turn up by the pile with the bucket facing away from the house? Sort of swing the front loader over the lower wall and back up near your water heater...

stability.. my money for stability on hills

Looks good man, I'd certainly put some antifreeze in the tires though. If you use straight water there is some risk for corrosion on the insides of the rims. Antifreeze should mitigate that.

Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool

Re: Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool As far as handling hard clay, I keep a bottle of WD-40 on me when I'm working. I'll spray down the inside of the bucket if I notice the material sticking to the inside. If the clay is somewhat "cured" I'll rough up...

    Box scraper or Grading scraper

I picked up one of the cheaper 48" box blades from TSC a few months back. So far so good, it does what I want. The whole thing could be a little heavier, but once the blade bites in and there is material in the box, things go fine. The gussets on the bars to the lower 3pt arms end too...

Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool

Re: Heart acke house tales:- that NEVER ending Job, the Access & "THE" Tool Wow, that's pretty tight. Any chance you can cut some of the shrubs back in the 4th view so you can bang a K turn right past the roll of blue material? Also, I might be inclined to move the bamboo fence just in case...

    B1550 MMM removal/maintenance

If the tractor has a FEL, it's cake. If its an RC-60, disconnect PTO, lift arms, front link. Lift the front of the mower with the loader bucket, pull the mower from the discharge side, put the tractor back on its tires. Takes me less than 5 minutes now. IIRC, the operator's manual says to...

    Could of been bad!

Haha, Last Saturday, I was roughing out a loop around my pond for the pump track we're gonna build Labor Day Weekend. Anyway, on the East side of the pond, theres a 3' plastic pipe buried as a culvert into the pond with some 2' or so weeds growing over it. I cross over there and start making...
