Re: Tractor Weights

Re: Trains In The 50's

Re: Synthetic gun stock

Re: Stupidity

Buttons with words:

A couple of years ago I rode in a Prius. There was a button in the dash center area that said CAR. Doesn't make any more sense than some squiggle.

Re: Quick Hitch Frame

If you are looking for the implement side, I suspect you could find a 3 point trailer mover for less than $200, then weld it to your implement.

Re: DR driveway grader

If I had a driveway to maintain and no tractor, I would buy or build a scraper like this. it is a land plane grading scraper with wheels and tongue for use without a 3 point hitch.

Re: Quick Hitch Compatibility Hookup Questions

Re: receiver hitch on front?

If you want one that doesn't hang down or protrude much, you could mount one of the common bolt-on receivers in a vertical position, maybe even behind the front frame, then use the inserts made for...

Re: Year model

Tractors don't have year model changes the way cars do. A tractor model may be unchanged for years.

For many tractors, tractordata.com can connect the serial number to year of production.

Re: Implement & Gravel Size?

Same here. I used 3/4 and it washed away in one winter. I now use 1 1/4 minus, and for 5-6 years, haven't had to do anything but slight touch-up with a reversed rear blade where car tires tend to...

If you have enough post to grab, and don't mind denting it, a plate or hook puller will work, too. You can use a tractor to lift it, instead of the jack or lever shown. A round hole or hook shape...

Re: Name that tool

For the chain link post, I wonder if a beam clamp or two would work to keep the chain from slipping, with no drilling needed.

Re: Best attachment for pulling tons of med sized roots

Welcome.

Many things will work, depending on your land, roots, etc.
