I have sourced and ordered a new to me used pto and 5th shaft. Both are from a similar tractor and have the correct gear tooth count. I’ll post pics when they arrive and of the repair process

AWSOME thank you! I’ll get that number while I’m home at Christmas. Just a side note you sir were correct as even though Coleman and messer showed that gear as available no one in the US had one. Kubota just laughed, some even suggested a used parts place in Pennsylvania… but I ordered the one...
