    Chainsaw mount SawHaul

So why a saw mount w/o all the other logging stuff, or not just drop it in the bucket??? - I do alot of woods trail mowing. 10 miles of my own trails, and 6 miles of county trails I volunteer todo. So I'm either have the brush hog on, or the FEL mounted trail mower for side brush clearing...

    Chainsaw mount SawHaul

Not outside the wheels, well inside. I guess time will tell if bad for the saw, I don't see it the way it sits in there. one of the reasons I did not like the blade clamp style.

    L6060 vs Mx6000

I hope I don't have to regret this statement, but running the regen cycle has not been a big deal. I think once I had to let the machine sit by itself for a few minutes because I was done and still in regen. I don't get why you would override and/or ignore, its just not that big of a deal. A few...

    Lift Disc configuration question

To many food plots in the woods, to much trailer time. I think a pull performs better, but considering all the factors I need a 3 point.

Educate me on hydraulics (top n tilt / remote hydraulics)

When I got my tractor I told the dealer I can't think why I would need rear remotes, now I have all 3. (I installed) Now I can't imagine not having all 3. I have a top and tilt. The top function is awesome. The main reason I got it is after I got a quick hitch I was still on and off the tractor...

    Chainsaw mount SawHaul

So I've been looking for a chainsaw mount for awhile, and didn't see what I was really looking for, not good reviews, built cheap. Then I saw this (Messicks video) and thought was great. I was concerned that it would not fit my MX based on the mount dimension, but I emailed the mfg and they...

    Lift Disc configuration question

So planning on picking up a new disc this spring. (Keeping the tiller) And I have a Land Pride dealer close by and got a quote, and my local implement guy has Rhino's. Anyways when I was talking to the Rhino guy he recommended a 9" spacing, the reasoning being more weight per disc, and less...

    L6060 vs Mx6000

When the MX6000 info came out I thought right away trade the 5800 for one to get into a cab. Then I looked at the line up in detail and I really like the M4D071. Really nice unit, but a little worried about xtra weight for trailering, IDK. I'm considering it, alot more tractor and features, also...

Question for those with a Piranha tooth bar.

My Piranha worked out to be a little less than actual also. When bolts tightened up mounting tabs pulled in tight no problem. Was at little interesting getting nuts started with lock washers, bolts are not xtra long.

    Seeding Advice with conical spreader

Seeded yesterday, looked like it worked really well. No problems with rate to fast. Also ran about 2000 rpm and get the spread width I was looking for, about 3 tractor widths. Real results in 2 weeks.

    Seeding Advice with conical spreader

Thanks, I will cultipack before and after. I have a deflector and the I think the conical is 500# capacity. Right now I'm thinking of running the PTO at 1/2 speed. Basically worried that the fertilizer will sling further than the rape and turnip seeds. Although in the past I have mixed seed with...

    Seeding Advice with conical spreader

This weekend I'm seeding up the fall food plots. In the past I have used a pull behind trailer from the feed mill on the bigger fields for fertilizer, and a chest mount to for seed or both for the plots in the woods. I really don't like the chest/manual spreader. The pull behind I feel I'm on...

    Firewood Management

So after I built the first one and started splitting some big chucks of wood, lifting them green, I was thinking....is the tractor going to lift this rack, the wood was heavy. So first one, at about 1/2 full plus I forked it up and lifted no problem, so I went for it. Not an issue. I have a...
