Without pulling the tire to stick my big head in there i actually think the dipstick i was looking at is for the gear case. It’s behind the left tire if you’re sitting on the tractor. Do you happen to know the part number for the belt you got? I found the kubota number and can’t seem to get it...

thanks for the reply. The drive belt seems tight but maybe it gets sloppy and slips when running. I will give that a try

I did what you guys said, cleaned out the rad etc. and ijust got done cutting the grass and it did stay cool for alot longer but toward the very end it started to touch the red. One thing i noticed is when i fill the rad up with coolant it doesn’t even...

Hey guys, i have a kubota g6200. I love the tractor but when i engage the PTO It over heats. I can barley make it through my 1 acre property without it over heating. I can use it all day without engaging the PTO and it’s fine. When i bought it i changed the coolant and it looked pretty muddy...

I made some new battery cables out of #4 and cleaned the grounds and now she’s running good! Thanks guys! Have a bit of an over heating problem but i have a feeling the rad is full of dirt. It looked pretty muddy when i drained the coolant. Thanks guys for everything!

Thanks D2Cat I was going to try and get both new cables tomorrow and the grounds tomorrow. I hope this fixes it!

Thanks 85Hokie A buddy of mine said the same thing. I followed the wires and they are looking pretty bad and the ground wire gets hot to the touch when i crank it. I will check the battery and wires tomorrow ans let you know Thanks!
