Oil is fine and no knob. There is a dial to speed or slow the lift but thats it.

Can anyone tell me what would make the 3pt quit working on my new M7040? It barely raises the quick hitch with full power. It has 46 hrs on it.

I was told that if something was picked up off the road by a tire, the vehicle that threw it wasnt at fault. Only if something came OFF of the vehicle was it at fault.

We have Ks Farm Bureau on everything. I added this after talking with the agent 1st for a while. I ask if i was driving the tractor to town and a rock flew off the tire and broke the windshield if it would be covered. He said yes, for $7.00 it would be replaced.

Ok, got it figured out. Set it up as cat 11 now instead of one. Put the bushings in that the dealer didnt and lowered the center link pin on the tractor. No problem with raising it now! Got the 3rd cylinder ordered so i can controll everything from the cab. Thanks for the replies.:)

My new M7040 only raises my landpride 8' blade off the ground maybe 12". Am i doing something wrong or is this all thi higher it will go? If i go through a shallow ditch, the blade scrapes when i start up the side.
