i had something similiar today on a b1750. After some painting of parts, reassembled and started, key wouldn't turn it off, so pulled manual shutoff knob. Then it would'nt restart, no light, nothing at all. What setting on electric ohm meter and which wire where? Thanks.

Yesterday went out to plow garden and as it became dark, turned on headlights on b1750 and only the instrument panel lit up. Flashers work, but no headlights and bulbs are fine. Where do I start trouble shooting. I'm not bad with most mechanic work, but I'm weak on electrical issues. thanks...

I agree totally. I pulled the top link and will be taking this to the dealer to make sure it's a match to the paint they have in stock.

Is this blue the same color on my 1991 B1750. My dealer says it's really grey, not blue, but it kinda looks blue to me. I found the after market paint too, but was not sure the blue or the grey would be my match.

what size bush hog do you have. Just got a tractor like yours with a 4 foot rotary mower. Tall grass and bermuda require 2 passes for it bogs the engine down. Do you experience this? Also, when I run across a slight hill with the exhaust on the uphill side, i loose power. Ever experience this?

What all does the fuel system service include. I don't think I've done this since owning it for 3 months. I do put fuel stabilizer in each tank all year. If something possibly floating in tank and blocking pickup, would draining tanks and inspect the inside work? Thanks.
