    L6060 front tires 10-16.5 R4

Yes I don't believe kubota always has it right with the lead lag from the factory, I got the gear ratio for my l3000dt and figured out it had a 9 or 10% lead, I am planning on up sizing the read tires from 11.2-24 to 12.4-24 to give me a 3-4% lead. From my research you are better off with lead.

New Member - L3000DT with leaks, hydro not lifting

The fluid being almost 2 gallon over full may have something to do with it, I am assuming the extra fluid may be water by what you are saying, have you already drained and refilled to spec? How many hours on your l3000? And how does it do with the 2 bottom plow? I have a l 3000 as well and a 2...

    L2501 tire question

I would look at the bkt website for tire specs if you are interested in the rolling circumfrence, I have noticed that the specs for bkt tires on the petes tire store website don't match what the bkt website has.

    Tire ratios

I will see if I can make it show up on here better, as I can see it fine on my computer, but not when I look at it here. But I think I have answered my own question on this, and I do believe the gear ratio of this tractor is 1.6363. I measured the rolling distance of the current front...

    Tire ratios

I got the gear ratio right from Kubota, and the tires that come from factory is 7-16 front ( Rc of 87) and rear 11.2-24 ( rc of 128) the chart that I got with gear ratios has out her models on it as well, I will look if those models are on it'd for 200mph.

    Tire ratios

To make things more complicated I found the info of the gear ratio of the front to back which is 1.6363 which puts the stock tires (7-16, and 11.2-24) at an 11% lead which is quite a bit. Has anyone done the math on tire sizes based on the gear ratios of the tractor? I thought it was best to...

L3000 lost hyd pump prime after changing filter?

Is it the internal screen? I have had the one in my l3000 out and cleaned it, I didn't need to prime the system, just refill the hydraulic oil and everything was normal. Any chance the screen was put back in backwards? That would block off the hydraulic flow.

    Tire ratios

I was choosing the tire size based on rolling circumference (rc), so I didn't think the type of tire mattered as long as you had the rc ratio correct. But I'm shure there is more to it that I don't know about.

    Tire ratios

I purchased an l3000dt about a year ago with r4 10-16.5 front and 420/70-24 rears. So that is not the correct size tires for the tractor, l3010, 4310 etc had them, and the ratios are off a bit from the factory ratio. So I am getting the correct ratio for that tractor to be .67(7-16, and...
