    Block Heater Piping B8200 D950

I used a "T" fitting with one end accommodating a threaded block heater and the other end for a hose barb. total cost of entire project was $17, this being for a NOS block heater., 3/4 inch NPT. I had purchased all of the pipe fitting at auctions and miscellaneous garage sales.

    Block Heater Piping B8200 D950

Wanted to provide a follow up to my original post. I was able to successfully install the block heater. It was a bit tight working around the hydraulic lines and also the constraint of the side cover. I left intact the small hose that hooked to the radiator (this is a separate line from the...

    Block Heater Piping B8200 D950

Currently there is a small hose about the size of a garden hose that connects the block with the radiator. I would like to maintain this hose on the radiator as well as install the heater within the same port. There is not quite enough clearance to install a T pipe fitting. I was considering...

    b8200 Hydraulic Block Overview connection

Can someone with a loader on their b8200 please provide some details of how the hydraulics are connected to the hydraulic system? I am wanting to tap into the hydraulics to hook up a plow and am not sure exactly how to do so. I am thinking that I can connect via the hydraulic block near the...

Power Steering Add on for the B8200, Part 2(picture heavy)

Thanks for the reference. Does the power steering assembly that you mounted have a return line to the hydraulic fluid reservoir (low pressure return)? Also, are both of the lines photographed continuous high pressure?

Power Steering Add on for the B8200, Part 2(picture heavy)

could you provide the contact detail of the entity that sold you the hydraulic block? Also, could you provide a few more details on why you had to machine the blocks? just wanted to better understand what actions I would have to perform in order to get them to work on my tractor.

Power Steering Add on for the B8200, Part 2(picture heavy)

I have a few questions concerning the second photograph in the initial post of this thread. what is the name of the main assembly in the photograph? Are those 'hydraulic blocks" generic and can they be purchased by most any hydraulic specialty entity? also, I am assuming that those ports are...

    B8200 PTO Noise Identification

I found a thread within this group that mentioned that when the PTO is engaged with the engine off, the PTO shaft should turn clockwise freely, but not turn counterclockwise. I validated this on my tractor. Also, when turning clockwise I could here the clicking noise.

    B8200 PTO Noise Identification

Thanks for the video reference. In the video he talks and shows the override clutch accessory and also show how it clicks but does not talk much about a clicking sound on a tractor. Does the b8200 have the "override clutch" functionality as part the the design and is the clicking the same...

    B8200 PTO Noise Identification

When I push in the clutch and have the PTO engaged, as the PTO slows down I can here a clicking noise (the noise is somewhat like the noise from the rear wheels of the cement trucks). The clicking stops once the PTO stops. If i simulate the same action as above, but when I push in the clutch i...

b8200 High Pitched noise Intermittent "Rear End" High RPM Eighth Gear

The noise was detected when in the low setting in the highest gear. I think that would be four. It sounds like a roller bearing that is not properly lubricated and occurs intermittently, only at high RPM. It also sounds a bit like the throw out bearing of the clutch assembly. (the sound is...
