    Re-power a Bobcat 825 skid steer...

I looked up the specs on the V2203, is 39HP right? Are you worried that it wont have enough compared to the perkins with 55HP

    Re-power a Bobcat 825 skid steer...

I was hoping to see a picture of the new Kubota motor mocked up in the 825. I didnt know how you planned to hook up the throttle. Its exciting to see someone else working on their 825 its pretty rare im finding. Do you have any cracks in the frame? I have 2 right near the motor mounts that are...

    Re-power a Bobcat 825 skid steer...

Mine was the same way. Its in a Bobcat 825 and its a Perkins 4.108. Looks like identical setup. I sold mine on ebay a few days ago but I had all of the machining done, new liners, and polished crank. When I went to send the head in for valves and guides they told me it was cracked. I had over...

    Re-power a Bobcat 825 skid steer...

I have a Perkins motor coming in from England stuck in EPA customs right now. I really would love to see pictures of the throttle linkage and mounts. I would do this in a heart beat. Any other pictures to post up? Thanks for making this a thread!

B8200 weak 3pt hitch with ballast box

I didn't get a chance to put a gauge on the hydraulics but I needed to move the drum off of my patio the other night. I figured I would give it a try one more time. It didn't lift it but when I put the RPM's up a little and pushed the lever to up position I was able to jump off the tractor and...

B8200 weak 3pt hitch with ballast box

I can just throw a gauge onto any port that is a send line for the hydraulics? My FEL has quick attach fittings on them so i could just get a gauge and a reducer bushing to test it at one of those locations? Is it possible air is trapped? When i got the tractor the hydraulic fluid wouldnt even...

B8200 weak 3pt hitch with ballast box

Here is how I did it - Cut the drum in half Drilled the holes for the all thread and bolted it in Put the knife plate into the drum for the draw bar filled er up with concrete! The drum itself with the rebar weights about 20 lbs.

B8200 Oil Capacity, 2 different numbers

Yea thats what i thought too, its frustrating since someone put an extension tube on my tractor for the dipstick and put some random dipstick in it which reads as 2 quarts is full. So whoever had it before me ran the tractor at 2 quarts for a while. I cant find a good picture of the dipstick...

B8200 weak 3pt hitch with ballast box

Yes moved up and down without weight. I need to stand on it to move it down but figured that's normal. I put about 6 80lbs bags of concrete in the barrel so I should be under the max weight.
