    Thank you Wolfman. As always you are intuitive. The problem is I do have the kit, and it is not obvious where they should go. There are round seals & square seals of different sizes. Just looking for a print out of where the proper location might be. Again, thank you for any input.

    Thanks Wolfman. I am from Canada so went to Kubota .ca parts and found the appropriate info. The 3 point position shaft was seized in the housing. Probably from lack of use.     Thanks Dan, You are correct. The link rod is actually broken. Seems the part it is connected to in the valve body is seized, or at leased not movable. Is it possible it is a bushing problem OR is there something in the valve body that is restrictive??
