    BH77 Upgrade

Not sure what the part number is for the 9" extension plates, but I am sure that a dealer would know. They are used when connecting a bh77 to a cab tractor. As I previously stated, I positioned the tank so that it might be able to be used on an open station tractor without the extensions. With...

    BH77 Upgrade

Your L2800 has considerably more Hydraulic gpm available to run your hoe at good speed. The bh77 hooked up to the power beyond (only option) on the LX supplies dismal speed of the hoe. From what I can see from the specs of both tractors mine is now about the same speed as yours assuming...

    BH77 Upgrade

This is the tank that I modified for the job. I picked this particular tank as it afforded ample room for my feet as well as having enough room behind it if the bh was installed on an open station tractor without the 9" extensions...

    BH77 Upgrade

Yes, a 6.8 gpm pump The plates are what Kubota uses to install the bh77 to a cab tractor. The speed is certainly more which was the objective. I have not used it yet in real work but I expect the power to be the same. The relief settings are factory set. When I used it for the first time last...

    Wont start after battery replacement

Have you verified that the battery is in fact fully charged and good? If you have a riding lawn mower etc. you could see if it will work on it.

    BH77 Upgrade

I just gave my BH77 a blood transfusion and new heart. Nice to have more speed. The tank has a mesh strainer, but I hope to find a way to install a valve and cartridge filter in the suction line with the limited space. I might have to forgo the valve and just drain the tank for filter...

Does anyone own a MK Martin Pulsar rotary cutter?

Since you are not considering any other brands all I can say is that I was very disappointed with an MK Martin ballast box that I purchased last year. I ended up doing major surgery to it to strengthen it.

    That was really bad

Dan, I am sure glad you survived the ride down the hill. I am acutely aware of the dangers of tractors having operated them since I was 7 years old. My new LX is not near as stable as the B7200 that I previously had and agree that you have to try to wait until everything is dry and use 4wd. I...

How do I get work done on my tractor, been black listed!?

I don't disagree that the weld is very poor but if the tube had been installed through the tube it would be substantially stronger even with the rotten weld job.

How do I get work done on my tractor, been black listed!?

In my opinion this is a design flaw by Kubota. This tube on my LA535 loader goes through the boom and is welded to both sides as it should be. Puzzling to me as to why they would just butt weld to the inside surface of the two boom arms.

Broken casting on BH 77 excavator

I would think that to properly weld it with E7018 rod it would have to be completely dismantled so it can be pre-heated, similar to welding a cracked exhaust manifold. As previously stated, this feature is not even required.

Broken casting on BH 77 excavator

It is certainly a casting. Going to remove the pin on mine and put it in "storage". Not sure why it is needed as my old B/H did not have one. If it was mine, I would probably just cut it straight across and paint it.

M7040 - AC works but blows hot after a while

Just wondering how long the system sat with a "large hole" in the evaporator. If left open for any amount of time it probably got some moisture into the system. When I use to work on these systems you would replace the components like you did and then run a vacuum pump to place the system into a...

    Customizing LA435

If you just want to do a test can you not just install the pins in the second location without bolting down the flags. Probably be able to lift the front of the tractor higher using the loader as long as there are no clearance issues.

Damaged Loader... How best to repair?

I was skeptical of the design of the loader mount when I first saw it and thought that it might be easier to damage compared to my old one on the B7200. My old one had the posts part of the removable loader assembly and attached to the lower quick attach section that was connected to the...
