    Laser cut L2501 floor mats

Looks great! I would buy a set in a heartbeat! I was thinking of removing mine and getting them coated with the bedliner stuff, but I would prefer a mat.

    Plow size for L2501 2wd.

I assume you have a plow by now, but I have a 16" for my 2501, and rarely have to use the front assist. also pulled it with an 870 2wd before I traded. The 2501 has better tires, and more weight than the 870.

    BX25D -> L2501?

Nice picture! Thats my favorite use for my 2501...firewood assistant. I had an older blue 5ft. finish mower, had no problem mowing with it, so i traded it in on a new 1672 (6ft) mower. the 2501 pulls it fine, unless the grass is 8" tall. You will learn to enjoy the fresh purchase!

    Looking at buying.

near 100hrs on my l2501, and cant complain...one thing that might help with your tree problem is a set of forks for the fel. I have used mine lots to move logs, among other uses that don't come to mind until, hey, and you just found another way to make a job easier.

    L2501 rear tires filled

I had mine filled before it was delivered, not shure what the dealer called the filler, but was not bio ballast. With the same tires, he said it would add 350lb. per tire, yet I have got the rear off the ground without an implement on the rear.

    Newbie L2501 ordered

2042 forks are way more usefull than you will realize...until you have them. great buy and your choice in the 2501 is great!

    Hydraulic capacity with FE loader

the manual that came with my l2501hst calls for gear oil in the front axle, so when its due for a change, that's what it will get...and, while checking fluid levels this past summer, that is what came in mine.

    Easy question...fuel canisters?

as bigG said, a 5gl can[any kind] sitting on the loader arm is above the tank. A "shaker" siphon hose [cheap at auto parts store] is my method, and no fuel on the paint.

What engine (model number) is in the L2501?

With almost 90hrs on mine, Im glad I chose it...outworks my brothers jd 32e at everything we have tried, and no regens on mine!

    L3901 and L3301

Yeah, Fido, mine drops about that fast, and faster with a load on it...with a heavy log, it will drop that much in twenty minutes...happened recently while cutting logs to length at a soda break.

HST fluid change at 50 hrs?

I could not get an answer about what fluid came in mine, so I changed it with the udt2 fluid at the 50hr service. Like someone else said, the old fluid was filtered and saved, and now I know it has the udt2 in it.

    Battery Tender/Maintainer

I'll have to agree with a few, but I have never owned a battery tender, and probably never will. being in the car industry, I do have a jump start box for my job. I use it year around, and properly maintained, it is still on the job six years later. I get 90 degrees plus in the summer, and 10...

    Kubota L2501 - initial review

Wow, made me go look to see if that plate was on mine! It is, and your review of the 2501 mirrors mine...at 82hrs. now, am still very pleased with this tractor. Recently traded a 60" finish mower for a land pride 72" deck, and am very happy with the way it performs with the wider cut. Also, when...

    l2501 owners opinions please

Mr Maximus, nice choice in tractor! Mine is 1.5 yrs old, and I cant want more than what it does! I bought the land pride qa pallet forks with mine, and it really is a needed tool. Loots of uses, no need to put hooks on your bucket. Without emissions crap,(my brother has a green one with that...
