    Hydraulic pump parts

A follow up on this. I received new cover from Kahuna on Saturday after I had to make a scene at post office (god they are awful). Installed cover today. Much heavier then old one, perfect machining and fit. Left relief valve way out. Fired up tractor, no leaks and hydraulics all work...

    Hydraulic pump parts

Yes it was clearly a relief valve malfunction. No luck on pump cover, no good machine shops here either. Looks like I am buying a new pump.

Not a bearing support, it has a areas machined out. See pic.

    Hydraulic pump parts

Can you get parts for hydraulic pumps? Pump #35110-76100 was being used on tractor. Went to scoop a load of topsoil and the back cover plate of pump cracked. Innards of pump and main case seem fine. Can I get a new back plate?

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

Hooked lines together, fired up and 3pt lifted me and my brother right up and just off idle, before it wouldn't even lift me. So it would seem the pump is fine. Looking like something in valve even though it doesn't make sense to me how it could be losing pressure in the valve body without...

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

Got a fitting today so that I can tie the two lines going up to the loader together and bypass the loader valve. I also got an adapter so I can check pressure on the line. I don't see a pressure test port on the pump or lines. Have not tested anything yet. I have changed screen filter by...

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

Still no progress on this. Tractor has run at idle for long periods of time, with levers moved and without. Still not building pressure. Three point hitch will not lift me! I guess tomorrow I will get a coupler and tie the two hoses together bypassing the loader valve and see if I get three...

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

OK After having sat for about 4 hours I just had it running for about 30 minutes. Still not making pressure. I can see that fluid is moving through transmission from looking at fill port. Fluid does look a little milky (maybe foamy?) compared to new that I added. I let it run at idle and...

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

Let me rephrase. A very old line (hose) cracked and sprayed fluid all over. A time it broke loader and 3 pt were working fine. Pressure and return from loader go to a block on top of transmission where pressure line come from pump.

    Hydraulic Pump Problems

I have an 1982 L245DT with a Kubota front loader plumbed into hydraulic system. While operating loader last week I blew return hose from loader valve. Immediately shut down tractor. Got a new hose and checked fluid almost no lost. Tractor sat for a couple days before new hose attached today...

    L245DT Transmission

I ordered a new shift fork and new pins and springs. Very affordable. I have not gotten into it yet. Working on a mower in the shop and then I will pull it in. I know I can remove the shift handle plate and then it looks like there is a plate that holds all the shift forks bolted to the top...

Hi Vic. Can you take a look at my L245DT transmission post? I am in need of replacing the reverse shift fork and need to know what the process is.

    L245DT Transmission

I have a problem with my L245DT. When I select reverse it does go in but the fork where the shifter pivots is so worn that when the selector pivots towards front of tractor for reverse, it is able to move left and fall out of the fork and end up sitting above the center fork. We have to undo...

    L245Dt with 3pt backhoe

I was thinking of hooking the pressure and suction to the pump on my 28ton gas powered log splitter to see if it would dig under that power.

    L245Dt with 3pt backhoe

We have just set it up and been playing around with it. It will dig about 2" at a time. Won't curl the bucket in with a load. The stabilizers will lift the machine but I would think the boom and curl cylinders should either dig or pull the machine. We tool the filter off it was a bit dirty...
