woods f35 finishing mower

I have just bought a brand new, still in the box, woods model f35 finishing mower. the guy i bought it from got it about 15 years ago at a auction, but never put on his tractor. does any here have one of these mowers? i think i got it at a steal at $550.

Hey weekend farmer, a lot of guys around here used to use them, and I think they did a good job. A lot of the finish mowers now look more like a bush hog than anything else and if you have any unlevel ground they scalp. I figure you got a pretty good deal. I would tear it apart make sure the bearings aren't rusted up. I think I may be in the market for something like that in the spring. I have a 3 acre property I cut and the Steiner is just too slow. Anyway have fun with your new toy.:D Dusty
