How to detemine model year

Hi,

Am a new gray market tractor owner. My model number, I believe, is L2000DT, how do I determine what year it was manufactured? Thanks.

Welcome, welcome , welcome!!! The L-2000 was being produced at the same time the L225's were rolling out the door in Japan headed for North America.

It was a year that saw the conspirators in the Watergate break in convicted, serial killer Ted Bundy had not yet been discovered, Operation "Frequent Wind" was underway as the U.S. was evacuating it's citizens from Saigon, Bruce Springsteen released Born to Run and One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest hit the theatres.
It was 1975.

Wow, my wife calls me Einstein everyday!!! But if I think about it, it seems to be only after after I do something stupid or dumb, which seems to be often because I'm either really smart everyday, or.........?
