Help! I'm the proud owner of a L170. It's a one cylinder diesel 784cc. I just got her home last night. Hasn't been run in 12 years. Need info on it, starting procedures manuals, etc. Engine is a E800-3501.

Thanks for posting pics.
You've got some work ahead of you.
Which museum did you buy this from?
Send a msg to Vic or Mr.K
One of them could probably help you out.

Got the L170 running! All fluids changed, greased, hoses and belt replaced, radiator fixed and ready for some paint.
Thanks to a fellow at Tractor Parts in Apple Valley CA. Ron was the only guy in the US that had info on the L170.
Thanks Ron

Hi Jamaral
You are not the only one who has a L170.
I just got a L170 too, and I also meet the same problem that you meet.
Please tell me how do you feel on your tractor?
and please share with me what ever information you have.
Thank you very much.

Hi I have a L140 that looks exactly the same as your L170 except mine has no gauges. On the block it has G78 cc and on the id tag it says E700 its also a 1 cylinder ....if you can please help with any info it would be greatly appreciated. Do you know the equivelant of yours? A year ago I said I would like a L170. I've watched that video of the L140 so many times I can't count. I'd like one of them too!!
