Kubota has recently come out with the L3700SU. Besides the obvious differences - noted in the specs - how does this tractor differ from the L2800 / L3400 lineup ?
The price is less than a L2800 - so what's different ? Any thoughts ?

I' ve bought a "harvest return" L2800 a while ago...got a great deal and that is a tough tractor that has had NO problems...read this blog...you never see the problems identified here for that model...and it has been around awhile and has been a workhorse model...I have an FEL and BH76 on it...works great for my needs....

I just recently learned from a dealer that the L3700 is basically a hybrid between the older L2800/L3400 and the new L3300/L3800. The L3700 has all the old style sheet metal, gauges, etc, but has the engine that's in the new L3800. The dealer said that they came up with this "limited edition" to basically use up the components from the "old models" and make the transition over to the new ones. I guess it makes sense. Some dealers are already saying they can't get anymore of the L3700's.
In terms of specs - the L3700 and the L3800 are almost identical....except for the price.
