BX23 Deal

I've owned my BX2660 for almost a year now and have educated myself (with your help) about tractors in general and Kubotas in particular. I'm currnently looking at a low hour BX23 that is at a price that sounds too good to be true. Is there anything that wouldn't be obvious that would make this tractor worth less than usual market value?

Buy and Sell. I'm pretty sure its a scam. At this point I'm just stringing the guy along. I figure the more of his time I waste, the less time he has to scam others.

My intention is to arrange a face-to-face, cash-on-the-dash transaction. If that happens, I'm in good shape. Sending away money and hoping a tractor will magically show up???? I'm a little sharper than that. :)

I've seen a number of these this year, mainly from Southern Ontario.
Your approach is the best. Got to check the registry office for leins though, he may not really own it.
I expect they're looking for someone who won't come and look.

On the other hand I have a friend who bought an antique MG that way.
Sent in a professional appraiser to verify what he was getting
Very satisfied, it was a gem.
