Kicking around the idea of a winter project..kids away at college so time is free....yeah !!!! I'm thinking along the lines of a B6200 or B5200. Winter coming (sorry folks) and will need to keep busy. Price condition and location is a factor.

MK4241,

Great Idea!

I did the same last winter, fixed up this B6100 DT and sold it in the spring.

Sorry, I don't have pictures of the final paint job but it came out sharp.

Good Luck and take a lot of pictures for us Orange guys to see.

Well, funny you mentioned the bucket. After I sold the tractor in the pics, I bought this one, a B7100 HST, a landscaper in Sandusky went out of business.

They are out there, just keep on looking...

O H....I O Go Bucks!

Have you checked Craig's List?

There's this one under Columbus:

http://columbus.craigslist.org/grd/1932188961.html (Waverly)

And this one:

http://columbus.craigslist.org/grd/1913396177.html (Sparta)

Here's a real project for only $950.00

http://columbus.craigslist.org/grd/1891588829.html (Bremen/Lancaster)

The last one might have already sold. He had it listed 3 times in August and reduced the price from $1000.00

If you check the rest of the towns in Ohio I'm sure you can find plenty. There are hundreds here in Vermont in all kinds of condition.

Good Luck.

Oh, welcome to OTT.

2 more cents, Craigslist is full of scams on tractor deals. generally, no phone number and refusal for inspection, look out!! Plus sending checks to other countrys??JY.
