Went ahead and split the axel housing, only way to do the job. Need to replace the seal on the axel hub. Just in case anyone else has this problem.

I have those seals in stock if you need a source. Make sure you have a bearing press and bearing puller. You may need to replace the bearings as they can sometimes get warped removing them from the stub shafts.

Pretty cool gear set up in there, huh?

It's different I will give you that. Found seal here in Houston, should be here tomorrow, if wrong size will get back to you. Gears came off easily,don't see a problem, but thinks for the info.
