L175 - another transmission issue

My tractor will go into gear when I start it. However, after few minutes of driving, if I stop to switch gears, it won't go into any gear. If I trun it off and turn it back on, it will go into gear. If I don't switch it off, eventually I can get it to go into reverse. It doesn't grind at all. Is it possible the flywheel is warped?? Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Sounds like a clutch adjustment issue to me. I'd start with asjusting the clutch pedal free play, greasing the release bearing shaft etc.
