BX2230 dies when putting in gear

Hello All,

My BX2230 dies when putting in gear or ingaging the Mower deck PTO.

A safty switch malfunction? How can I override long enough to get my work done?

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!

Check the wires and switch going into the seat bottom. It sounds like the seat switch has either come unplugged or the switch is bad.
