Transmission and Hydraulics use the same fluid, 80W90 or a UDT or other universal hydraulic fluid for tractors that share their hydraulic resivoir with the transmission oil.
The steering box, front axles etc all take 80W90 gear oil.

Kubota part # 30400-37710.
There are NO AFTERMARKET hydraulic filters for this application, but you should know that the hydraulic filter you have is designed to be cleaned with solvent and re-used.
Remove the old filter, fill it with varsol or other solvent (NOT GAS), swish it around, repeat.
Blow it dry, not too forcefully. Inspect the inner mesh to make sure you don't see any rips or holes and re-install.

varsol... is like a paint thinner?

Yes varsol is a paint thinner, for house paint , not laquer thinner or enamel reducers which are much harsher and extremely explosive. Varsol is also called mineral spirits.:D

my 2402 use a paper fuel filter element. So on my research i found
15521-43160 fuel filter
15521-32430 oil filter or 70000-32091(what is the difference?)
15521-11080 air filter or 70000-11081. which on i have to use? 11081 or 11080?
varsol is the white spirit?
