I bought a B7000 for a garden tractor, without knowing it was gray market. Of course I didn't get a manual, and my Kubota dealer was, shall we say, less than enthusiastic when I asked if they could get one!

So, there is a dipstick and filler port underneath the seat, just behind the gearshift. I assume that's for gearbox oil, yes? If so, what kind of oil does the factory recommend I use?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Grant. I imagine Mr K. or service dpt Vic will Have that manual for you. They will explain to you that Grey market doesn't mean junk. Its still a Kubota tough as nails. If you go to the articles section there is some good info on grey market.

Yep, it's the fill and check location for the gearbox oil in your B7000. Use 80W90 transmission oil or any universal tractor hydraulic fluid.

Thanks for the shout out dusty-t, we do have those manuals!

Thanks for the info! One more question: what's the capacity of the gearbox?

I would like to get an owner's manual; is there an English version available?
